Hao was a fabulous Tour Director! Fun, informative, easy to be with. He had a great team of city-specific guides and drivers too. It was a good mix of historical sites, shows, restaurants, shopping. Just the right amount of walking each day. Every day was jam-packed with amazing history lessons!

Excellent Tour

This was an excellent tour. Hoa was our director and he was fantastic. The whole tour was great. Great value. Lots to see and do. Wished I had a little down time to enjoy. We were so busy seeing things, wanted a break to just walk. Cannot complain. Everything was great and better than advertised. My four trip with Smartours.

This China Sampler vacation was the best!! Enjoyed everything about this trip including Air China, our tour director Hou, the excursions, the food, the hotels (except the one in Xi'an) and the group of people I travelled with. The weather during the week we travelled there (Oct 13th) was beautiful and warm. This trip was well worth the money. I highly recommend it.

Fabulous Trip!

All of the tour guides and especially our tour director, Oscar, were very knowledgeable and personable. The only modification I would make is to spend less time at the Terracotta warriors exhibit in Xian and less time at the Forbidden City. Other than that, SmarTours delivered on everything they promised and more! I have recommended SmarTours to all of my friends.
