Fantastic New Zealand & Fiji

I have just returned from my New Zealand & Fiji Adventure and I want to thank you all for a magnificent trip. I truly enjoyed every minute of this vacation. The flights were wonderful. Fiji Airways was fantastic. I was able to secure seats online and we had no issues with the flights at all. Nadi airport was very thorough in their security checks which I appreciated very much. Customs was not an issue in all 3 countries I traveled in, including the US. Our group was wonderful. It was just the perfect size and everyone was pleasant and friendly. Our guide in New Zealand was absolutely fantastic. Adrian was warm, welcoming, enthusiastic, friendly and so knowledgeable of the country its customs and traditions. He was wonderful and I wish to extend another wonderful thanks to him for his kindness and professionalism. Our driver, Tony, was amazing. He was kind, friendly and very good at driving us all through the lovely south island of New Zealand. The South Island of New Zealand was amazing. The hotels and the staff we stayed at where fantastic. So very friendly and extremely helpful. Fiji also was wonderful. Joe our guide unfortunately was not feeling well and did not meet us the first day. He did meet us on our second day for our tour of Nadi. He was wonderful. He was helpful and such a great guide to the Fijian culture. I really enjoyed the Orchid garden and the ride to Rosie Tours owners home. Very beautiful place. The only negative was unfortunately at the Double Tree Hotel. They put a 300 dollar credit hold on my credit card and charged it. I had to fill out a form so they would reverse the charge. That is not acceptable especially since they didn't notify us of this. If I would not have filled out the form, they would have charged me. Everyone in our group was not thrilled by this. Other than this unfortunate incident, the trip was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it to others and Smartours. I look forward to going on another trip soon. Thank you all for everything.
